Each one starts as fresh baked cake- choose French Vanilla, Red Velvet or Double Chocolate- crumbled in small batches and hand mixed with our creamy buttercream frosting. Formed into truffle size balls, each Cake Truffle is hand dipped in decadent Belgian Chocolates and decorated.
