How Do I Change Quantities Or Cancel An Item In My Order?
Once an order has been pulled and processed, we cannot guarantee that any modifications, changes or cancellations can be made. We process orders for multiple companies, including our own website. Once an order has been pulled, it is sent to production and processed for shipment. Everything we make is made to order- we do not have product sitting on shelves.
It is very important that you contact us immediately and get confirmation in writing that we can modify, change or cancel your order.

My Order Never Arrived - What Do I Do?
Track your package to make sure that the delivery is showing as "delivered".
Once you confirm that the packages shows as "delivered", a process known as a "tracer" will need to be initiated with UPS. It's a process designed to help UPS track down and find your package if at all possible, and if it isn't, to reimburse you for not just the items that were lost during the shipping process but for your shipping costs as well. Once the report is received, UPS will perform a package search. Package searches can take up to 10 business days
An Item Is Missing From My Shipment - What Do I Do?
If your order contained multiple items, or if you were shorted on the order, please make sure to report it to us right away. We keep production and packing records and can trace back to find out what happened to your order.
Once we have determined that item(s) were missing from your order, we will offer to replace or refund the items at our discretion.
