A virtual proof is a digital representation of your artwork on the product you’ve purchased or are looking to purchase. Because we use templates, your virtual proof is an artistic rendering, the closest approximation to how your final product will appear.
We will not submit an order to production until you have approved your virtual proof.
Please reference your Order# in the field. We do not run virtual proofs without a qualifying order in house.
NOT ALL PRODUCTS CAN HAVE A VIRTUAL PROOF. MULTI PIECE ITEMS LIKE GIFT BASKETS DO NOT GET VIRTUAL PROOF DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF LABOR REQUIRED. YOU MAY ORDER A SEPARATE VIRTUAL FOR EACH COMPONENT, BUT NOT ONE VIRTUAL FOR AN ENTRE BASKET.
- Virtual proofs are prepared within 24-48 hours after your order is placed. Contact us immediately if you need it turned around quicker.
- We will email you when your virtual proof is ready. You can then view, approve, or request changes to it by emailing us or calling us,
- After your virtual proof has been created, we are happy to revise it as needed. Small changes and "tweaks" will not result in an additional however these changes will be limited to tweaks - not substantial changes like new artwork or different product, etc. We will advise whether a new charge will apply prior to running the new proof.
- Because of the labor-intensive nature of this process, we require that you submit payment before we can create a virtual proof
- Want to see an actual sample product with your logo on it? Consider ordering a Pre-Production Sample, also known as a "spec sample" order HERE. We will photograph the sample in high resolution in our photo studio against a white background and email it to you.
