They are odorless, tasteless, and safe for consumption, yet behave differently than standard printing inks due to their water-based composition and interaction with icing and sugar.

Every Lady Fortunes® confection is hand-made and custom-decorated, so minor variations in color, edge definition, and print density are part of the artisanal nature of our products.
