Color & Edible Ink Disclaimer

Our edible images are printed using food-grade edible inks on sugar or frosting sheets. Because edible printing differs from traditional paper printing:

  • Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

  • We do not print in white ink, nor do we print metallics or neon colors.

  • Deep tones such as black, navy blue, and burgundy may bleed or appear less stable on certain icing surfaces and can occasionally cause temporary discoloration of teeth or tongue.

  • For best results, we recommend lighter colors with darker tones used as accents, and white or light backgrounds for clean, vibrant results.

  • Slight variations in tone, brightness, and hue may occur due to edible ink characteristics, humidity, and substrate color.

  • Minor color variations between production runs are normal and part of the handcrafted nature of edible printing.
