Submitting Your Artwork

You can upload your artwork directly on our website during checkout.
If you placed your order through another platform (e.g., ESP, CommerceHub, Amazon), you may also email your files to art@ladyfortunes.com.

When emailing art:

• Put your Order # or Reference # in the subject line.

• Attach final print-ready files (see requirements above).

Confirmation & follow-up:

• If you don’t receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please call 818-993-1277 and ask for a Cookie Counselor to confirm receipt.

• The art inbox is reserved for active orders only. For questions, quotes, timelines, or general help, email customerservice@ladyfortunes.com
