We ship most retail orders the SAME DAY when placed by:
3:00 PM Eastern / 12:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday
Orders placed after our daily cutoff ship the next business day
No weekend shipping—we’re busy baking and recharging our spatulas!
Got chocolate in your cart? Here’s the scoop:
Chocolate items must ship via expedited service, or via UPS Ground only if the transit time is 1 day from our facility in Canoga Park, CA (ZIP 91304)
We do not ship chocolate orders over weekends to avoid melted messes in warm trucks or warehouses
If we determine your shipping method is too slow for chocolate, we’ll contact you to upgrade it before processing
We currently only ship to the continental U.S.
Sorry—we do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes
APO / FPO military addresses
Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations
You're responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an address is incorrect or incomplete and results in delays or additional carrier fees, those costs will be passed on to you
We are not responsible for:
Lost or stolen packages
Delays due to incorrect addresses
Packages misdelivered due to typos or errors
