Due to health and safety regulations, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once they leave our facility.
If your package shows obvious signs of damage upon arrival, you must:
Immediately report the damage to the carrier (UPS) at the time of delivery
Take clear photos of the box and damaged contents
Save all packaging materials for potential inspection by UPS
Failure to notify the carrier at delivery may void any claims.
If you open your package and find damaged product:
You must notify us within a reasonable time frame
The food industry standard is within 24 hours of delivery
Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue
This allows us to assess the issue and file a timely claim with the carrier, if applicable.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee replacements or refunds for damage due to incorrect addresses or mishandling after delivery.

Packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Additional carrier fees or address correction surcharges
