At Lady Fortunes Inc., we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and in time for your special occasion. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Our preferred carrier is UPS. All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified.
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Lady Fortunes Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or any other shipping provider, including but not limited to weather, mechanical failure, or address issues.
We strongly recommend scheduling delivery at least 2–3 days in advance of your event date to allow for any unexpected delays in transit.
Residential Deliveries: By default, UPS deliveries to residential addresses do not require a signature. If no one is home at the time of delivery, packages may be left at the doorstep.
We recommend shipping to a place of business if you are concerned about unattended deliveries or the risk of theft.
UPS and Lady Fortunes Inc. are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
We do not recommend shipping perishable or temperature-sensitive products over weekends. This includes:
Chocolate-covered items
Macarons
Cakes and similar baked goods
If these items are held in transit over the weekend, they may melt or spoil. Shelf-stable products, such as plain fortune cookies and other non-meltable treats, may be shipped over the weekend as needed.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please monitor your shipment and notify us promptly if there are any concerns.
